Normal rubber and felt mats which are delivered with your record as usual should be replaced by our high quality cork platter mat. Many platters made of alloy material bring out a noise like a bell, if they are touched lightly. The resonance energy and rumble of the platter will be reduced usually only by oversized, soft rubber mats.
Unfortunately, this procedure is not the best solution for the sound quality of your equipment. The impact is a not acceptable sound stage and too much bass. Our cork material eliminates these problems and the sound becomes clear, light and detailed. The label space in the center is for considering the thickness of the record label, the thinner black disk for centering.
