It embodies all our knowledge, our experience from countless developments, as well as the best materials and manufacturing methods we could find for this task. The result is an extraordinary object: an ultra-high-end record weight that combines uncompromising function with sophisticated design.
Our objective was clearly defined from the very beginning. We did not set out to create just another turntable accessory, but rather to develop the finest solution achievable within the limits of today's technology.
The Challenge
Analog music playback is a fascinating interplay of precision, material, and energy.
Even high-quality drives and carefully manufactured records are subject to influences that can affect the scanning of the music signal. The properties of the vinyl, material tensions, resonances, and the interactions between the record, platter, and bearing form a complex system.
These influences directly affect the scanning process. The result is subtle disturbances that can impair the naturalness and effortlessness of the musical performance.
The Solution
With the Crown of Equilibrium, we present our most consistent answer to these challenges.
It stabilizes the record and supports a more ordered energy flow within the system. This creates an audible tranquility that allows the music to breathe more freely. Instruments gain presence, timbres appear more complete, and musical structures unfold with greater clarity.

Developed according to the principles of harmony
Every dimension, every material thickness, and every structural detail of the Crown of Equilibrium is based on an order of harmonious proportions.
Additionally, the insights and developments of our long-standing partner Corfac2 SA from Switzerland are incorporated into the design. The selection and coordination of the materials used are carried out with the utmost care, ensuring that all components work together as a single unit.
The result is an object whose function does not arise from individual components, but from their precise interaction.
The Form of Function
Form follows function. Design follows form.
This is how the Crown of Equilibrium – the crown – came into being.
From a bird's-eye view, the central handle and the four spokes form a graceful sun structure. Manufacturing this geometry from a solid aluminum block requires an exceptionally high level of processing effort and utmost precision.
The name “Crown of Equilibrium” is finely engraved into each individual spoke. The handle features the symbol of our Shambala Platinum line – a mark reserved exclusively for selected and particularly significant developments. The same symbol can also be found on the casket.
At the center of the construction rests a small golden pyramid. It forms the heart of the design, connecting the functional with the symbolic level of the object. All golden elements are 24-karat gold-plated. The warm radiance of the gold creates a deliberate contrast to the technical precision of the other materials, giving the Crown of Equilibrium its distinctive appearance.
Resonance Control Through Precision
The lower section is crafted from wood and processed with the same care as the metallic components.
The individual elements are manufactured with a precision that allows for press-fitting the components. At the heart of this construction are three phiTon_resonaTor inserts.
They define the connection to the record and simultaneously handle its resonance-technical coupling. The record touches the Crown of Equilibrium exclusively at these three points.
The wood not only serves as a supporting structure. Its geometry, processing, and mass are an integral part of the overall concept. Together, they create a system that promotes stability, organizes resonances, and contributes to a remarkable serenity in the soundscape.

Every detail was questioned, optimized, and re-envisioned. Materials, manufacturing complexity, construction, and design all adhere to a single principle: to push the boundaries of what is currently achievable.
Our goal was nothing less.
The Case
An exceptional object deserves exceptional storage.
This commitment led to the creation of a case whose manufacturing effort is extraordinary, even for high-precision products. Its form is a tripartite cylinder with a base and a lid. All components are milled from solid aluminum. The wall thickness alone is five millimeters.
The lid and base are each secured to the housing by ten copper screws. An elaborate ceramic coating gives the surface its characteristic silky matte gray finish. The gilded nameplate is recessed into the lid. The case is opened using three precisely crafted grub screws on the cylinder. A matching key is, of course, included.
The case, along with the Crown of Equilibrium, rests within a high-quality transport case. Thus, even the act of opening it becomes a ritual – an experience for the eyes, hands, and ears alike.
